The aim of your Naturopathic Consultation is to establish where you are with your health, decide where you would prefer to be and then to work out what has to be done to enable you to achieve it. A detailed medical history including looking at your lifestyle, diet and exercise choices, and an iridology examination help to establish the possible underlying patterns, both genetic and environmental. Your treatment plan is individual and may involve one or a combination of Natural Therapies consisting of possible changes to diet and lifestyle, naturopathic supplements or herbal medicine, Kinesiology balances and/or Three In One Concepts sessions.
